Resident Artist
Dunes founder, Charles Barbin, a Brigantine native and multi-disciplined artist, studied at Tyler Temple School of Art and acquired years of experience working with the Philadelphia Mural Arts program. His extensive resume granted him the opportunity to paint internationally, and to live in places like Rome, Italy, where he was able to practice his craft and learn the techniques of the masters. In addition to painting, Charles has a passion for music and spent many years as a DJ in the Philadelphia region, but ultimately, his love for the arts was what inspired him to open a gallery/studio and bring what he learned over the years to his home town.
